• It has been observed that the farmers are struggling to meet their end as the price offered by middleman barely covers the cost of production. At the same time the farm produce, by the tim reaches to the residents, the cost becomes very high and due to multiple channels involvement the quality of the farm produce (Vegetables/Fruits) deteriorated or adulterated significantly.

• To solve these problems, the team based in Noida collect the order from the residents through whatsup and Mobile application and inform the farmers a day in advanced.

• The farmers pluck and pack the ordered vegetables and send directly to the doorsteps of residents of different societies of Noida through their representatives. These representatives also responsible to collect the Money for their produce.The entire supply chain is managed by the farmers and the profit is also distributed among them.

• Controlling the supply chain from seed to last-mile delivery gives Seedhe Khet Se the distinctive advantage of being able to maintain uniformity and consistency in taste, colour, texture, and finish of its produce while reducing cycle time.
